Sofyan Amrabat has not played a match for Manchester United since his return from the AFCON. He has been benched ever since and it seems that he is no longer in Ten Hag’s plans for the future. The English media has reported that Amrabat is not expected to be retained by the Red Devils. TalkSport even stated, ‘It is unlikely that Sofyan Amrabat’s loan contract from Fiorentina will be made permanent.’ This basically means that Fiorentina will not exercise their option to buy Amrabat for 30 million euros.
