Ramy Bensebaini may have played his final game of the season during Algeria’s victory over Bolivia (3-2) on March 22. After sustaining an injury, the Algerian international has been diagnosed with a sprained internal ligament and could be out of action for several weeks. Borussia Dortmund coach Edin Terzic confirmed the news during a press conference on Thursday, March 28, stating, ‘Unfortunately, Ramy Bensebaini injured his internal ligament while on national duty and now requires a brace. It is highly unlikely that he will be able to play again this season.’
This season, Bensebaini has featured in 25 matches across all competitions for Borussia Dortmund.
