The Senegalese, who were the defending champions, were defeated by Copenhague from Denmark with a score of 2-1. Despite starting with a victory against Braga SC with a score of 3-0 and a draw of 1-1 in their first two matches, Génération Foot couldn’t secure a win in the quarterfinals.
