Nigerian striker Asisat Oshoala has departed from FC Barcelona and is set to join Bay FC in the United States, as confirmed by both clubs. FC Barcelona expressed their gratitude for Oshoala’s dedication and professionalism during her five years with the team, as her contract was originally set to expire on June 30, 2024.
Oshoala joined FC Barcelona in January 2019 and had an impressive six-season spell with the club, scoring 117 goals. This achievement makes her the fourth highest goal scorer in the history of FC Barcelona.
